Steps to the 6 Senses

This amazing book is all about finding a new way to discover oneself. Do you want to be free to form new habits, break old ones, bring love into your life? Well All of those things depend on how well you know yourself and this book takes the approach of understanding oneself through the 'tuning' of the senses. Really learn how you experience your world from the inside, and how that relates to projecting the world you want on the outside! The inspiration for this work was simple enough… due to the help I gave to my friends they insisted that I should write ‘all this stuff’ down…lol and I put it off for a long time. I just honestly never felt like I was ‘qualified’ to be a writer.. ya know? And then that turned into more of an annoyance to my friends who really took the time to drill it into me that I had all the necessary skill set to do this. So in an effort to dually write something of interest, and not drive myself to boredom supreme, I wrote the instructions on 6 pages.. one for each sense! It was that concise! And I gave it to them to start working on it to see if this is what they wanted… Yea… not so much. I remember one friend telling me they needed to have their home page set to google words every time they took up a page to read it! Hahaha! I eventually broke down and started writing something more palatable and as I began testing the material with students this version you have in front of you began to take shape and unfold.

27 years ago Garland found that things were atrocious in his life and he began to search for answers as to why. This burned in him until finally a breakthrough happened 2 years later. He discovered that his choices directly affected every event he lived out, and they were either catastrophic or phenomenal! He also discovered he had a knack for, and amazing talent in healing small human ailments like headaches and flu symptoms. This led him to seek out alternative healing modalities and eventually achieve the designations of Reiki Grand Master, Iridologist, Rasheeba Master, & Master of Reflexology, with experience in cartomancy. He is currently pursuing other modalities to further enhance his practice – Living Magic. He has been faithfully chosen by his ancestral patrons – the Loa, to be initiated, and today this is one of the spiritual designations he proudly carries, that of Asogwe Asson. He has had many mentors, but he prefers to often refer to the guidance of the non-corporeal sentient entities. He is not that much a fan of ‘guruing’, and to those he has performed life changing Magick for he is known as ‘the one sent to help!’. Interestingly enough he keeps a busy schedule with clients, his family, students and his two favorite passions – Music and Cooking!
