Craig Howell has been writing and teaching about metaphysical and spiritual topics since his near fatal cancer in 1990, which preceeded a dramatic spiritual awakening. He is also a Sacred Sound musician and composer creating music for aiding in the meditation process, for vibratory attunement and upliftment. He is also an astrologer and an organic gardner at his home in Rhode Island where he resides with his wife Karen.
