Caroline's trip to Cabin #6 was not coming at a convenient or desired time. Her boyfriend Calvin was ecstatic about the rental owned by Secluded Bear Cabins Inc. He promised it would be worth it to escape and spend quality time together. Caroline doesn't know he has a hidden agenda for their trip, which he finds challenging to keep to himself the closer they get to their destination. In another town, Nick is dealing with the feeling that something is off in his marriage. His wife seems happier to spend her time with people other than him. The only thing that doesn't feel off is the upcoming hunting trip with his childhood friend Mitch, who has had his own string of bad luck. What will happen when Mitch stumbles across the evidence of a secret Nick's wife is hiding? Once the secret is out, the friends form a plan that leads them deep into the woods among abandoned cabins. After becoming lost, they seek shelter from an approaching storm—refuge in the oddly occupied Cabin #6. The following day, an announcement from the local police department sets off a chain of unpredictable events, with circumstances that push both parties deeper into the woods. Under the dark, overcast sky, they happen upon the core of the unmarked territory of a species of creatures—creatures that only attack to protect their own or finish off wounded prey.
