My wife and I raised three children together, one of which was diagnosed with high functioning autism. From the beginning we committed to mainstreaming Daniel by giving him access to all the typical things in life instead of yielding to his special needs. This was not for the faint of heart, or wallet. It was a trying and expensive process, but little did we know Daniels diagnosis would open doors we'd assumed had been barred shut. We realized that among the variety of things we faced each day with Daniel, each year one major story emerged as unique and, well, outrageous. As time moved on our passion toward mentoring and investing in others grew; it became apparent that we needed to share our lessons, failures, and most importantly, our successes.

Brad Eck has a background in software engineering, management, and partner engagement in various industries. Expanding his career toward people leadership in 2017, he completed an Executive MBA program. He and his wife made reality their long-time dream of purchasing a bed and breakfast in 2019 in Southeast Pennsylvania. Having been trained in marriage mentorship, leadership of men, and student and children ministries, his passion for investing in others continues to underpin everything he does. He still works full time as an eco-system manager all the while pursuing his passion of investing in others by mentoring, writing, and engaging with others through the venue of their B&B.
