The journey begins with the tragic realization of her child's profound disability and follows the real-life journey written with honest emotions. There were many years of living in anger, fear, and hopelessness. "Special Grace Revealed" is written to encourage others who may be in a crisis in life and a crisis of faith, with no hope for the future. Through the pages of the book, readers will see God's hand in bringing Kathy into an abundant life of faith, but it was a journey. The Bible says, "unless one is born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God" (John 3:3). God's grace is given to anyone willing to accept His love. When a person has been wounded by events of life, it may become difficult to accept God's love. A person questions the goodness of God. We may ask "God, why did you let this happened to my precious baby?" The pain is real and profound, and the anger is destructive. "Special Grace Revealed" is the story of God's love and redemption over a lifetime. It is a testimony of God's love story and His ultimate plan for His beloved. It is a journey to an abundant life of the soul, living for God's purposes and His glory. The story is shared to encourage others who may be walking through a dark valley that seems to have no way out. God loves us with an everlasting love, if only we have the eyes to see it. We can see His love as he reveals Himself to His children when we become born again. A life fully surrendered to God is a life fully set free from despair and hopelessness. With faith we know that when Jesus is all you have, Jesus is all you need.
