Overview
A mysterious midnight encounter at a desolate crossroads. An irreverent post-coming-of-age tale with a twist of crime. A house better left unentered, and a whimsical farce spanning the sea and the depths of imperialist greed. Songs Of The Northwind collects four stories ranging from the pits of blackest despair to the heights of tomfooleristic merriment.
Description
A mysterious midnight encounter at a desolate crossroads. An irreverent post-coming-of-age tale with a twist of crime. A house better left unentered, and a whimsical farce spanning the sea and the depths of imperialist greed. Songs Of The Northwind collects four stories ranging from the pits of blackest despair to the heights of tomfooleristic merriment. Less an emotional roller-coaster than it is an emotional Gravitron, or perhaps the emotional teacups, it is indeed a veritable bi-polar flume to arouse sympathy for the human condition.
About the author
Lou Di Domenico is a noted Nobel laureate, billionaire playboy philanthropist, stunt pilot, and research scientist specializing in theoretical and quantum physics. When not vacationing in Turks and Caicos, flying his retrofitted V-22 Osprey, or chasing the elusive Higgs Bosun through the proverbial back alleys of the subatomic universe, he can be found in the lab working on designs for a shower head that will literally make it rain cash down upon him. In his free time, he writes short stories.
