About the author
M. Hirsh Goldberg is the author of five nationally published books, as well as three authorized family histories. His books have been translated into French, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. He lectures widely on his books and has been interviewed on "Good Morning America," "The CBS Early Morning Show," "The Joan Rivers Show," Canada's leading TV talk show, and numerous other TV and radio programs. A native of Baltimore, he is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University with a bachelor's degree in English, a master's in teaching, and a minor in the Creative Writing Seminars at Hopkins. He has more than 30 years experience in public relations, with accreditation from the Public Relations Society of America, and has served as press secretary and speech writer for a Governor of Maryland and a Mayor of Baltimore.
