Debbie has been a freelance writer for over forty-years. Her first two articles were printed in the local newspaper. Over the years she has had several articles and short stories appear in magazines and books. It has always been her dream to write about her life. Her dream became a reality in 2018 when she published her first novel,

When Debbie is not writing, she enjoys gardening and traveling with her husband of twenty-seven years. She has five adult children and three grandchildren with whom she loves spending time with.  She hopes her readers will find hope and encouragement through her transparent, honest and emotional account of true events.
