Barry Keenan, born 1940, is an American businessman and author. He's best known as the mastermind behind the 1963 kidnapping of Frank Sinatra, Jr. Keenan was sentenced to life plus seventy-five years in prison for his crimes, but only served four and a half years because he was legally insane at the time of the crime. Keenan went on to become a successful real estate developer, and is now retired in Santa Barbara, California.
