Overview

Jan Zanoni went from defeat to victory, from victim to victor, because Jesus led the way. Out of a past laced with emotional pain He has restored the peace and joy of remembering. In “Snapshots” she shares these experiences to encourage you, that He can do the same in your life, too—and so much more!

Description

“Snapshots” are vignettes of Zanoni’s life experiences. Jan begins with glimpses of life with her family in rural New England, until she was seventeen. In 1954 she began college in a Midwestern town; then, on to New York City, a California college and back to New England, where she graduated from college and immediately was married. In writing this book, God has restored to the author long forgotten memories of her early years. He has shown her His guiding hand—not always recognized before--through adult years of emotional pain, to victory. Appreciation for all God has done in her life--His wisdom, love and power--have helped her regain balance in this sometimes tilted world. Catch the excitement for yourself, that when God is teaching Zanoni how capable He is for her life problems and needs--He’s talking to you, too!

About the author

A church goer all her life, at thirty years of age Jan Zanoni became a believer; for her, the beginning of many wonderful, life-changing events. God patiently taught her to love others with His great heart of love. Gently and gradually He carried her out of emotional confusion into true freedom. Sometimes He sent angels to comfort and encourage her while she learned to do His will. There came an amazing showdown when deep emotional scars she had carried much of her life were completely healed. Now, at age 77, she looks back in wonder and gratitude at all the Lord has done—and that includes giving her and her husband of 55 years their 2 children, 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren—all, dearly loved and appreciated.
