Donald L.Wass earned his PhD in psychology from Purdue University. His master’s and undergraduate degrees in psychology were awarded at Western Michigan University. He coauthored, with William Oncken Jr., the article “Management Time—Who’s Got the Monkey?,” published in the Harvard Business Review.
