About the author
Donald L.Wass earned his PhD in psychology from Purdue University. His master’s and undergraduate degrees in psychology were awarded at Western Michigan University. He has had thirty years of experience lecturing worldwide on such topics as: Managing Management Time, motivation, stress management, and team development. He coauthored, with William Oncken Jr., the article “Management Time—Who’s Got the Monkey?,” published in the Harvard Business Review. The article was named an HBR classic, and was listed as one of the two most influential, best-selling HBR reprints. Dr. Wass is president of the William Oncken Company of Texas, a provider of management semi¬nars; and CEO of TEC Texas DFW, an organization dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and enhancing the lives of CEO’s.
