Description
This book offers realistic guidance for dealing with the multifaceted issues of today's business world. It addresses classic and contemporary business issues and discusses strategic leadership and management practices. It addresses top leadership issues from seven perspectives. The first perspective focuses on business, corporate, and functional strategies. It shows how they lead to achieving sustainable growth and competitiveness. The second perspective explores financial management. The third perspective focuses on the practical aspects of operational management. The fourth perspective deals with balanced planning within an organization. The issues related to corporate measures are addressed in the fifth perspective. The sixth perspectives discuss issues of corporate governance. Finally, the seventh perspective addressed emerging business events. The author draws on his extensive experience in business analytics and business consulting to offer practical advice on topics such as marketing, innovation, business analysis, and strategic leadership. He also explores the latest business and corporate strategy trends, such as the growing importance of social responsibility and the rise of digital transformation. He looked closely at the challenging decisions leaders must make. Top leaders, for instance, must strive to achieve equilibrium between short-term objectives and long-term goals, as well as the necessity of CEOs to lead with innovation in this ever-evolving marketplace. The author also explores Supply Chain, Board of Directors, Operational Management, stakeholder engagement, and Digital Currency. This book offers an essential resource for business leaders looking to stay ahead of the curve in today's fast-paced business environment.
