Overview

Ever wonder why your wishes and hopes don't come true? Why you pray and pray but it just doesn't work out the way you'd like it to?  What we get in life - what shows up for us - comes from the underlying belief about what we deserve.  If we ask for things but deep down we don't feel we deserve them, are they really going to show up in our lives?  We can ask for abundance but if subconsciously we feel like we're not good enough, is abundance really going to come to us? Our subconscious state determines how we truly show up in our lives and what, and who shows up for us.  Our subconscious is developed through our past experiences and is shaped by our minds.  If you want to change your future, you need become aware of your subconscious and the past that shaped it.

This book is about unpacking the difference between who we truly are as a living organism, and who our brains have adapted us to be in order to cope with modern life. It is about developing your awareness of what is triggering the fight or flight part of your brain and the part of you that is awareness.

If you aspire to have what you want, be more aware and more conscious then this book will help you start on that road. It will shine a light on the experiences in your life that made you who you are today and who you are capable of being.

Description

Shame, Fear, & Shxt is a manuscript that combines helpful instruction, personal narrative, and professional resource information in one location. Michael discusses the very real phenomenon that our past experiences, dating back to infancy, define who we are, and influence all of our present and future thoughts and actions. These experiences form our ego, and our ego is who we are. However, if we identify this ego early enough in life, we can act and think the way we want, instead of being guided by these unconscious thoughts and manipulations. There is a great deal of work for a person who wants to be in control of their thoughts and actions, and to achieve the level of humanity that they wish. The author identifies this, and relates many personal stories from his own life that have helped him start to achieve his goal of mastering his ego and forming his own humanness.
