About the author


Ralph worked for At&T for 31 years. When he retired at 51 he and his wife Arlene set sail on a 43 foot sailboat from San Francisco. They lived in Mexico, Costa Rico, Panama, Honduras and the Caribbean coast of Mexico for 3 years. They then sailed to Florida and became involved with the boating industry for several years. During this period they taught sailing classes, delivered boats to U S ports and to South America. They Delivered a 72 foot to Chile and stayed there operating the boat for 4 years. They started a Marine Electronics business in Florida in 2000 and retired from it in 2016. Ralph and his wife Arlene live in Martin County Florida
