Millicent N. Simmelink, Ed.D., LPC is the founder and Chief Engagement Officer at Career Links LLC in Cleveland, Ohio. A leading provider of career development and outplacement services for over 35 years, she specializes in career exploration, change management, executive coaching, work related stress and burnout, career reinvention and strategic search using a holistic mindful approach that is client centered. Professionally, Millicent has enjoyed being an adjunct faculty member in Clinical Mental Health at John Carroll University and the Assistant Director of Career Development at Oberlin College. She is a Past President and Trustee Emeritus to the Avon Lake City Schools Foundation and has served as a director on two corporate boards. Millicent is, also, a commissioned Stephen Minister. In her spare time, Millicent loves being out on the water with family and friends sailing, powerboating, kayaking or just watching a beautiful sunset.
