About the author
Brendan Griffin (b. 1982) grew up in the countryside at the foot of the Slieve Mish Mountains on the Dingle Peninsula in County Kerry, Ireland. Secrets of a Moonlit River is his debut novel. A Graduate of History, Sociology & Politics at NUI Galway, since 2011, Brendan is a member of Dáil Éireann (Irish Parliament) representing the people of Kerry. He is a former member of Kerry County Council and a former Parliamentary Assistant. Outside of politics, he has also spent some time as a publican, a teacher and in the hotel industry. He still lives in his native Keel with his wife Róisín and their son Micheál.
