About the author
Lynne Andreen has a strong history with healthy foods and eating. She helped conceptualize and formulate the natural foods line sold nationwide as "Uncle Dave's Kitchen." That career led to the cookbook, "In a Vermont Kitchen" - from which the "Seasons in a Vermont Kitchen - Autumn" eBook was inspired. She ran a seasonal cooking school her home for several years and continues to educate herself on modern health and nutrition as well as fitness for the body, mind, and spirit. This background led Lynne to explore the posture of raw food eating and she went on to become a certified Raw Food Chef. Lynne operates Yoga-2-Go, a traveling yoga service to accommodate both local residents and visitors, skiers and Vermont guests. She often does private one-on-one lessons. Lynne is a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with the Yoga Alliance and has teaching certificates and many hours of specialized study with accredited, well-known teachers. In her free time, Lynne enjoys skiing, snow shoeing, hiking, biking, kayaking, and gardening with her husband of 35 years. She is often with one of their five children or 11 grandchildren.
