Overview
Statistics show that colon cancer and other chronic and terminal diseases of the colon are constantly on the rise.
Everyone seems to be looking for ways to economize. Why not take into consideration the high volume of toilet paper we just flush down the drain adding to our environmental problems? It may be a strange title for a topic that is so vital to our health, but the implication and importance of having well-formed "clean" bowel movement will become evident to you. The money saved on toilet paper could certainly be used to finance healthier food choices!
It has been said that "Life and death begin in the colon.” There is no disputing the merit of this statement. The truth of it cannot be argued by authorities in the health sciences provided they have basic awareness of the function of the colon, and how it was intended to function. The sad reality is that statistics shows that colon cancer, and other chronic and terminal diseases of the colon are constantly on the rise. All of these diseases of the colon are 100% avoidable; therefore, they are by that logic 100% reversible!
Read this simple little book by Sir Dr Thomas Stone and get educated and empowered on proper food choices and proper eliminations that sums up your total health and wellness.

If it is not natural, it is not healthy!
If your poop stinks, and if it sinks, then it is not natural. It indicates you are unhealthy. I know many people will not agree. You may say "I feel fine. I have no health challenges. My poop smells and sinks to the bottom of the toilet."
In all sincerity, you may not have health challenging symptoms yet, but the mere fact that your poop sinks, and stinks, is an early warning that you are in trouble. You cannot be healthy if your elimination habits are not healthy. You should have a healthy short visit to the porcelain potty after each meal. That bowel movement should take no longer to complete than emptying your bladder.
The bowel should be well-formed in length, and diameter. Like Jell-O coming out of a Jell-O mold, you should have a good idea at what the inside of your colon looks like. The color, the texture, the shape, diameter, and length would be all indicative of the health of your colon. The elongated fecal matter should float and have no offensive odor to it. When you wipe, there should be hardly any poop on the paper. This is what I call "clean poop.”
