Rune of Regulus

After his loving parents are murdered and he becomes the Rune of Regulus, Cyril is throned king of Algieba and begins to rule over his kingdom with compassion for over two hundred years before he is betrayed and sold to the Slachten Arena. After he escapes, Cyril is recaptured and enslaved by the Graffias Assassins, where he is trained to be their living weapon—the Graffias Manticore. By working together with the Rune of Seax to escape the grasp of the Graffias Assassins, Cyril is rescued by ten-year-old Clotilda, who saves him by waking him up with a bead from her broken bracelet. Clotilda nurses Cyril back to health and quickly sparks a friendship with him. With many dangerous enemies, his allies—old and new—gather to help Cyril reclaim his throne and heal the realm of Nortamia from the hands of an evil tyrant.
