About The Author

Born in 1944 and raised in the Midwest by his first generation Polish parents, Robert spent most of his life in law enforcement and corporate security. However, he always liked creative writing. Meanderings is Robert's first self-published collection of short poems - poems that emanate from a truly authentic and personal space. The collection underscores the values that have permeated Robert's life, through thick and thin: family, loyalty, duty, honor, and belief in a greater power at work. A father and grandfather, Robert is retired and lives in Ohio with his wife of over 40 years, where he continues to reflect upon an eventful life and write short poems about his journey and those who impacted him along the way.
