David Hale was born and raised in Gibbsboro, a small southern New Jersey suburb of Philadelphia. Growing up, he was fascinated with anything technical, which led him to a software development career in the IT industry. He is proud of his four grown children, all married, and a growing number of grandchildren that has now entered double digits. David considers his faith and family to be most important to him. If he isn't spending quality time with family and friends, you can find him hiking in national parks or flying massive kites on warm beaches. Rise and Shine, Volume 1, is David's first book.
