About the author
PASTOR FADELE, as the author is fondly called, is the Chairman Board of Provincial Pastors of The Redeemed Christian Church of God North America, (RCCGNA). He trained as a mechanical engineer. He later obtained an MSc degree in operations research from Wayne State University in 1990 followed by an MBA degree from the Lawrence Technological University Michigan in 1993. He also received a Doctorate of Ministry in Transformational Leadership from Bakke Graduate University, Seattle.
He was mentored by the General Overseer of RCCG, Pastor E.A Adeboye to pioneer a home fellowship in his basement in 1991 which became the first church of RCCG in North America. Under his leadership to date, RCCGNA has grown to over 600 churches in 55 zones. Each year thousands attend the annual RCCGNA conference at the over 700-acre campground in Floyd, Texas.
Pastor Fadele works tirelessly to develop national programs to empower and enable RCCGNA ministers and workers to develop and mature in their Christian walk and service. By the grace of God, he is happily married to Pastor Manita Fadele, a medical doctor specializing in the area of pediatric medicine, and they are blessed with three children.
