John Leslie Green has been a writer for what seems to be about 150 years. Just ask his wife. John grew up on the North Side of Chicago and has experienced the grief of rooting for the Cubs for all of his life. He went to war blah blah and then to college blah blah, got married, did the usual kids and house and all of that stuff. He has pitched a two-hit shutout in 16-inch softball and has run up Pikes Peak three times. What he has learned from all of this is, don't go to war, watch out who you marry, pay attention in school no matter how boring it is, and try to wash on a regular basis. Most everything else will take care of itself.
