Overview

What keeps many of us from reaching our goals in life are not outside events or even bad choices, but instead many of us are our own worst enemies. Excuses, procrastination and a lack of motivation are often the real issue. This book will help you recognize self-defeating thoughts and attitudes about reaching your goals that may be holding you back. Once your head is in the right place about what you aspire to accomplish you'll find that other obstacles, real or imagined, will be much easier to deal with.

Description

Rationalizing your decision to put off or put aside your dreams and goals is something you can't afford to do; whether we want to think about it or not the time we have to accomplish our dreams is not unlimited. Procrastination about getting on with what you want to accomplish in life can be just as detrimental. This book will help you understand why you may be rationalizing, procrastinating and failing to follow through with your plans and what you can do about it. The author has experienced and dealt with these issues and has moved past them and in this book he shares his story and his insights about how you too can overcome self-defeating thoughts and attitudes.
