Mara is an experienced performer and teaching artist. Mara is passionate about music, working with kids, and fostering a creative and safe learning environment for all students. Mara received a BFA in Musical Theatre from Catawba College in Salisbury, North Carolina, and has performed professionally throughout Chicago, Boston, and the D.C. Metro area.
Motoko began her musical journey at the age of four in Japan, her teacher and mentor Noriyuki Miyazawa is the president of the Sapporo Conservatoire who's expert instruction led her to win several consecutive competitions including a silver medal and two high awards at the national Japanese PTNA competition. At eighteen she left Japan to further her studies at the prestigious Berklee college of music in Boston. She has been delighting audiences and offering her instruction ever since with hundreds of students feeling a deeper love for the art of music in greater Boston area.
Chiara Pieri is an illustrator and art educator, who holds her BFA from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and she delights ni bringing stories to life. More of her creations can be found at chiarapieri.com.
