This book is my story on my experiences dealing with the doctors and experts and the different mental institutions thatI was admitted into. I have experienced attempted efforts of love ones and friends who try to be supportive. I have developed strategies on how to deal and live with this illness.
About the author
I was born and raised in Magnolia, Arkansas. I am a retired Army Combat Veteran with 22 years of service with four combat tours to the Middle East. I suffer from severe PTSD/Depression. I want to bring awareness to PTSD/Depression and share my experiences to help others fight this illness.
