Hoa Kua (HK) Palani, a passionate advocate for marine life and environmental conservation, found inspiration for this childrens book admist the blue waters and golden beaches of Hawaii. Witnessing an increase of pollution and debris on the islands beaches recently, she wanted to do more to protect and perserve, not just the beautiful islands of Hawaii, but other parts of our Earth where she has seen wildlife threatened. Through this captivating children's book, HK transports the listeners into a majical realm of marine life where she instills wonder through each minute. HK has also started a book series called Worldwide Gaurdians with the hopes of bringing more awareness to the delicate balance of nature that sustains both humans and animals alike. She hopes the audience will be instilled to also want to nurture and protect the environment for the next generations.
