About the author

Meribeth Dayme, PhD, is a leading authority on the human voice and performance. Her books (The Performer’s Voice, Dynamics of the Singing Voice, and The Singing Book with C Vaughn) are used by speakers, singers and universities across the world. As Director of Alchemy Programmes Sarl she is in demand as a coach, workshop leader, and speaker. Her passion for the voice led her to explore many aspects of the human voice, from singing and performance, voice science and vocal anatomy, to communication in business and industry. As a teacher of singers, and voice professionals, including voice therapists, she has constantly explored ways to help people enjoy and improve their own voices, communication and personal power.. The result of this exploration has been defined in CoreSinging®, a new approach to the voice using concepts taken from old Eastern practices, traditional Western approaches and new findings in quantum mechanics. The same concepts that form the basis for CoreSinging® are being used by Meribeth to develop strong leaders in business and industry.
