Description
“Prayer is a great ancient tradition. Through prayer, we establish a truthful relationship with the Divine. And over time prayer has an immense effect and will never be wasted.” So says Andrew Harvey in his introduction to this passionate book of powerful and profound heart prayers by Chris Saade. In this book you will discover almost fifty relatable prayers devoted to love, sacred activism, and praise. Each entreaty is a delight to the spirit, is real and grounding, is challenging, is hopeful, is centered around justice, is humble, is powerful, is a call toward solidarity, and is somehow soulfully connected to what burns within your own heart. This collection of prayers echoes what we long to say in our intimate conversations with God and offers a brilliant call to serve and praise within your life.
