Raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Jason Berkowitz is a hospitality veteran dedicated to team development and operational excellence. Berkowitz's career spans more than 40 restaurant openings from fast-food to fine-dining. He's held a number of posts, including VP of Operations for Umami Burger, COO for Tocaya Organica, and CEO and founder of the ARROW Certification, a stylized training program for restaurants looking to deliver attentive experiences with a personality.
