Berkowitz's career spans more than 40 restaurant openings from fast-food to fine-dining. He's held a number of posts, including VP of Operations for Umami Burger, COO for Tocaya Organica, and CEO and founder of the ARROW Certification, a stylized training program for restaurants looking to deliver attentive experiences with a personality. Through his progressive ideas and forward-thinking, holistic approach, Berkowitz's programs have become standard practice for independent restaurants, top companies and large-scale corporations, including Umami Burger, Sweet Lady Jane, 800 Degrees, Toca Madera & Tocaya Organica.
