About The Author

Holly Stofa is a high-performance coach who works with elite performers, executives, and athletes to help them reconnect with themselves for greater clarity, confidence, and performance. A former senior CIA operations officer and leader, Holly spent more than 24 years traveling the world and mastering the art of connection in high-stakes environments. She has also coached high-school field hockey and mental performance for almost 20 years. Rooted in the small-town authenticity and empathy she carries from Maryland's Eastern Shore, Holly brings both discipline and heart to everything she does. She earned a B.S. in Geography with a minor in Mathematics from Salisbury University—where she played NCAA Division III field hockey—and an M.S. in Geographic and Cartographic Sciences from George Mason University. Today, Holly lives in the Washington, D.C. suburbs with her family, two dogs, and a cat.
