About the author
Melissa has been writing and creating things since she was a young 'un. She took her own adventure after college in where she lived and worked in Japan as an ESL teacher. During her three years in Japan she traveled throughout Vietnam and Thailand, which has inspired her writing. Her litte tomboy was the inspiration to write about a fun and spunky character who likes to have adventures with her friends, while at the same time teach children the importance of treating others with kindness and respect. She just completed her Masters in Nutrition and plans to write fun nutrition books for children. She is a contributor for Mom It Forward.
