PEN ART II Poems of Life

Kenneth D. Knox was born (A Grady Baby) in Atlanta Georgia and grew up in the Thomasville Heights Community. He attended John Wesley Dobbs Elementary School, Fulton High School (which was ironically later demolished and rebuilt as John Wesley Dobbs Elementary School) and Atlanta Area Technical School in the I.B.E.W. Local Union 613 Apprenticeship Program. After completing the four year program in 1976 he worked as a Journeyman Construction Electrician with the I.B.E.W. before going to Lockheed Martin as a Maintenance Electrician in 1978 where he retired from on 08-01-2006 after 28 years due to medical reasons.
