The murder trial of the Chief Justice of the United States.

Two murders forty nine years apart against the background of a rising, fiery, mushroom cloud and unseen but poisonous dust whipped by wind moving miles from the blast site, the killing field extended as the clock ticks. That was yesterdays technology, merely a Model T. Against that tapestry will a courtroom be the forum to deliver justice?

David is a retired judge of Massachusetts' state wide trial court, the Superior Court. He has presided in venues throughout the state including Martha's Vineyard, the site of the murder trial. In the sixties, he was an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts. He lives with his wife, Leslie Sargent, on the Boston waterfront.
