Sid Allcorn has 32 years of experience in high school education as the head of a counselling center where he witnessed the power of EMPATHY. He established the Ontario Peer Helper Association in Cobourg, Ontario, which is based on the principals of empathetic listening, and enables young people to show concern for their peers by using an empathetic orientation.
