At the age of six, Vessa began communicating telepathically with animals. In 1984, at the age of 19, while attending UC Berkeley, she entered a clairvoyant training program at an intuitive institute in Northern California, and was hired on as a staff member. For the next 14 years, she trained others to develop their own psychic abilities. In the spring of 1997, she appeared in video productions with renowned psychic Uri Geller and fire-walking instructor, Jon Cotton. Vessa earned a Master's Degree in Management of Non-Profit Organizations, and has served as Treasurer for the Berkeley Area Interfaith Council. She is also an ordained minister and for many years was the pastor of a non-denominational Christian church. Today, Vessa is the Director of Intuitive Insights—an organization dedicated to teaching people to develop their own intuition and clairvoyance—and hosts her own weekly television show: The Intuitive Insight and Alternative Healing Show in San Diego.
