About the author

Stephen Griffiths lives in Co. Wicklow, Ireland with his wife and three young sons. He has been a life change practitioner (he is still not sure exactly what is) for many years with experience in a wide number of alternative therapy techniques. In his quest to understand the mechanics behind every situation and the reasons why we ‘do the things we do’, he has trained in a broad variety of techniques. From Neuro Linguistic programming (the relationship between the mind and body), meditation and Reiki, to nutrition and physiology. Basically he is crazy enough to try anything……and pretty much has! Stephen’s also manages to juggle this with a successful career in the corporate arena, having established his own business in his early twenty’s, today he works for one of the leading global executive training and development companies, Flow International.
