About The Author

As a retired Critical Care Nurse, Linda quickly discovered that diving into the creative process offered the ultimate mental break from the emotional and physical challanges of her career by providing a guaranteed escape hatch. Trading her stethoscope for a paintbrush or colored pencil. What evolved as a personal de-stress tool evolved into a vibrant passion. Linda loves sharing art, and has taught art lessons to both adults and children. She believes that art is the perfect medicine for resilience. As a mother of two and grandmother of many (most of whom are now adults!), she draws constant inspiration for her colorful, imaginary illustrations from the playfulness and wonder she sees in her family.
