Rob is a retired Air Force Nurse Corps officer and continues to have an active nursing practice. He is originally from Dalton, Georgia, lived all over the globe during his military service, and retired to Hinesville, Georgia. This is Mr. Groves' third publication. His first book, "A Date with Oliver," published under the pseudonym Brendan Solomon, focused on the struggles of LGBTQ+ adolescent love in a time when homosexuality was still considered a mental disorder. The book, no longer available, was released only to the Australia and Asia markets in 2008 and received critical acclaim. In 2010, Mr. Groves also published a genealogy work highlighting his maternal ancestors' contributions to the United States as it was being formed in the 18th and 19th centuries. He is pleased to bring you the rest of Oliver's story.
