About the author
James left the East at the age of 17 years to join the Navy and serve his country. He has traveled life's journey to many places and was involved in many things. After many years he and his wife, Anita, came back to live in the Foothills of the Ozark's - back to the family farm.
James was inspired by Anita who wrote and published three books in addition to winning many poetry achievements. James says, "she was the writer, not him!". Now at 87 years old, he lives on this farm with his dog, Cocoa. He says, "two old dogs live here." He lost his love, Anita, in 2017, but remained inspired by her work and as a result, Odyssey Down Under and many other adventure novels and short stories were born.
