About The Author

Dian DiPenti is a former teacher, owner/manager of numerous vacation rentals, personal property appraiser and now, a late-in-life author. She was born, raised and educated in Northwest Pennsylvania, lived for a time in Cleveland and then moved to the Warren, Pa. area. She and her late-husband, Michael, traveled extensively in Mexico, Haiti, Central and South America as well as the Caribbean. They finally settled on spending several winter weeks in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico. She never considered writing a book, but found herself doing just that...it had been her husband's idea. All the books in the Never Too Late series take place in both mainland U.S. as well as Isla Verde. Never Too Late...JoAnna's Story is the first book in the Open Series. Book 2 Never Too Late...Sophie's Story will be published late 2026 or very early in 2027. Book 3 is already in the works with several more in the series soon to follow. The purpose of the series is to remind women "of a certain age" that, just like with the heroines depicted, it is never too late to find romance and true love.
