About the author
Robert "Nat ' Young was born is Sydney, Australia in 1947. In a lot of ways a typical post-second world war baby boomer. On the surface this book is a story of a typical middle class kid who loved to play in the ocean, and who with talent and determination, went on to become NSW,Australian and World Surfing Champion. His ability on a surfboard opened many other doors in the 1960s, ' 70s, ' 80s, ' 90s. Exciting adventures in many strange and exotic places with fascinating characters make this book much more than a book about a sporting hero.
