Is an Evangelist, Preacher, and Teacher of the Most High God. She is a graduate from the School of Full Gospel Christian Academy. Pastor Lucille has preached on the streets of Chicago to the homeless. She has ministered locally and abroad; she is the founder of Jesus In Charge Ministries, Inc. Pastor Lucille wants to see people saved, healed, delivered, and set free from bondages; she loves to stand in the gap in Prayer for others.
