Stephen Courtney is a qualified Chartered Accountant, accomplished businessman and lifelong golf enthusiast. In September 2012, his life was suddenly and catastrophically derailed when he suffered a massive stroke. Lying in a hospital bed a few days later, with his heart stuttering painfully in his chest, Stephen was convinced that he would not survive the next twenty-four hours; he made a deal with God that if he was spared, he would tell his story.
