April Lee is the mother of three children. An entrepreneur and former homeschooling parent. She is the Founder of Springboard Creations, LLC. and Springboard Education, LLC., where she writes young children's books about science, as well as continues her research and creates STEAM based curriculum for primary age students. She has pursued her love of teaching and service through volunteer work with local teen youth groups, children's museum and children's shelters. April uses her teaching platform to inspire children to take a closer look at the lessons of life all around us. She has a gifted way of speaking to children in an intelligent way, using strong vocabulary skills in context, as no doubt the children understand the meanings by the time she is finished telling the story.
