Great book on self identity!! “My Kufi and Me” by Enrica Sow is a great book about self identity. It’s wonderful to see a book that my children can identify with and see themselves in. Representation matters! The main character is proud of his Kufi which shows he loves what it stands for and who he is. I’d recommend this book to anyone who wants to show their children or their classroom what self-esteem and positive self image looks like or those who want to promote respect and fairness for diversity. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Read more
