Description

My Fitness Journey goes beyond looking at just fitness to help improve your overall quality of life and ability to remain active in the things that you love. This journal is going to challenge you to look at what is important to your life, identify what goals you have, and then hold you accountable to go after those goals daily.  In today's world, we have instant gratification, and everything is at the tip of our fingers.
