Description

My Fitness Journey goes beyond looking at just fitness to help improve your overall quality of life and ability to remain active in the things that you love. This journal is going to challenge you to look at what is important to your life, identify what goals you have, and then hold you accountable to go after those goals daily.  In today's world, we have instant gratification, and everything is at the tip of our fingers. The goal of this journal is to not only help you achieve your fitness goals and become more active, but truly look at what is important in your life. With the mountain of "to dos" that we have in each day, this journal is going to allow you to slow down and focus on yourself, your goals, and the things in your life for which you are thankful. More importantly, this journal is going to challenge you to identify roadblocks in your personal and professional life that are keeping you from achieving your goals or keeping you from the things that are important in your life. You do not have to go with the status quo anymore, and this journal is going to be the first step towards a happy and healthier you.
