Overview
Constable Geoffrey Hunter and Benjamin Franklin hunt down a serial killer in colonial Philadelphia.
Description
A tale told about an unsuspected serial killer in the Port of Philadelphia. King's Constable Geoffrey Hunter and Benjamin Franklin discover that a true lunatic has killed at least five prostitutes over the past decade; they set out to stop him from committing any more murders.
About the author
The only time David was ever in Philadelphia was on July 4,1973; on that day he was sworn in as a Peace Corps trainee/volunteer and then sent off to West Africa to teach English in Upper Volta. He extended his tour for a third year, met and wooed his future wife, Kay, and generally had a hell of a good fun time. Ouagadougou led to another teaching job in Saudi Arabia, but in 1979 he ran away from Jeddah to join the U.S. foreign circus and become a diplomat. Since then, he has told America's story to foreign audiences in over a dozen African and Asian countries. Murder in a Blue Moon was first conceived while David was assigned to Singapore, but it's taken him ten years to nail it down. His next mystery will look back and discover a perfect crime committed in the days that disappeared when the English finally abandoned the Julian calendar for Gregory's in 1758. Based on his track record, look for an E-release sometime in 2024!
