Mrs. Katz Lost Her Hat

Jackie Katz lives in the cozy town of Bristol, Rhode Island with her husband, Steve, and their lovable pup, Sophie-who's featured in the book and often pops up in Jackie's social media posts! Jackie and Steve have three grown sons whom they are immensely proud of. She also has a not-so-secret obsession with children's books and fabulous hats. Every week, she brings both together at her local library for "Mrs. Katz and Her Hats" Storytime, where kids join her for laughter, adventure and a whole lot of imagination. Whether she's reading, rhyming or picking the perfect hats to match a book, Jackie is all about making stories come to life.

Nancy Brandley is an artist and visual arts educator in Rhode Island where she lives with her husband. When she's not teaching or making art she loves spend time with her daughter, travel, and visit art museums. This is her first children's book but it won't be her last!
