Mozzy's Cart

Inside every calling there exists a complexity of simple matters. Mozzy must continuously lay the complex framework of his thoughts, experiences, and morals over the daily unknowns of the grand journey that he is on – called to build a cart for a reason kept unknown. Once finished, Mozzy pulls this cart out of the valley and up into the mountains. Who he meets along the way greatly affects the journey, but the outcome remains steadied within no matter the jostling turbulence that life can exhibit. As much a journey of the spirit and mind as it is requiring of the physical, Mozzy will be pushed in every way.

Have you ever found yourself with a little soul bird chirping and pecking away inside hoping you'll take up its calling? Having a calling and beginning on the path that embraces it hardly ever means the path is cleared from debris, tries, and trials. As the simple matters collect within the complexity of life Mozzy must find his own way to remain connected to his purpose. Bears, hippos, owls, elephants – it becomes quite an adventure. Book one: Mozzy's Cart. A bear, Mozzelephus Ursidae (Mozzy), is given a calling to build a cart and pull it up into the mountains. This calling divines his purpose, and with the help of some friends he meets along the way, the explorative adventure becomes one of spirit, mind, and body.

A life lived with such fantastical detailing and occurrences is fun to imagine but difficult to believe. My life, that is, is one of these difficult to believe kind of fantastical journeys. As a life long artist and an intention-driven, expanding concept-thinker, who is continually observing and encouraging the ripples of this experience, I've developed some ideas about this whole life thing and its possibilities. Mozzy's Cart is a way for me to express part of a grand analogy for having a calling and making the decision to seek its source and its outcome. As callings in our lives come with adventure, adversity, and stories within stories, this book developed a proof of concept for the driven spirit to achieve. While this book demonstrated a parallelism with my life, and the story's life, it also fed my own little soul birds who are poking and pecking softly within.
